De'Borah's Jazz Cafe is the new passion of entrepreneur and restauranteur De'Borah Petty. Initially, having found success in the heart of Newark, New Jersey's burgeoning downtown area as a sportsbar, De'Borah's love for jazz music, delicious soul food, and warm social interaction guided her to transform the formerly Essex Sports Cafe into De'Borah's Jazz Cafe featuring delicious Southern and Latin Cuisine! 

 

With, already, a slew of unforgettable jazz performances, open mic and jam sessions, and even a dinner theater performance, De'Borah's is on its way to becoming a true dining gem in the ever evolving Newark cityscape.
